Seasonal Connect Refund Policy

If the Company terminates the Platform Subscription Agreement with the organization pursuant to section 7a. in the Platform Subscription Agreement, then Subscriber shall not be entitled to a refund for any Subscription Fees or other payments previously made by Subscriber unless the Company, in the Company’s sole discretion, elects to provide Subscriber with such a refund.
